Josh has a phenomenal level of experience in a brilliant variety of settings which makes him the ideal person to be championing the vitally important topic of " Performance Practitioner Wellness" which he is currently doing amazing work around .
He believes that it is high time we as coaches prioritised our Well Being for the betterment of our long term Happiness, Health and Wealth and I'm with him all the way.
