In this episode I got a chance to chat to Ciarán Keogh. 

Ciarán is an experienced Lecturer and S&C coach who has worked with among others Setanta College, Sport Ireland, Paralympics Ireland, DIT , Limerick IT , Offaly GAA and Tipperary GAA.

Ciarán has a great perspective on many of the challenges we as coaches deal with on a day to day basis so it was great to get to chat with it in today's episode.
