Welcome back everyone to Episode 43.
In today's episode i had the great pleasure of being joined by the legend that is Ken Robinson .
Ken has been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for more than 30 years and has worked with some of the best athletes in the country both in a team setting as well as on an individual basis .
From Hockey to Rugby to Golf to Soccer to GAA and many more sports he has enjoyed consistent success as well as had an amazing impact on all of those who have worked with him.
He has an unbelievable wealth of knowledge and a brilliant coaching mind and it shines through in his most recent role with the Phenomenal Dublin Ladies Gaelic Football team who have enjoyed great success the past two years with Back to back All Ireland titles.
This one is a cracker folks!
