Welcome back everyone to Episode 42.
In this episode i was lucky enough to get a chance to speak to the excellent Tony Óg Regan about all things Performance psychology .
Many of you will recognize Tony from his very successful playing days with the excellent Minor, U-21 and Senior Galway Hurling teams during the 2000's but more recently he has been making great waves as a Performance Psychologist and has worked with some well renowned teams and athletes to improve their performance on the pitch but also their wellness off the pitch.
