In this episode i had the pleasure of chatting to the excellent Kathie Stritch.
Kathie is a Personal trainer & Wellness coach based in Galway .
Kathie has built a phenomenal community though her Personal training, Bootcamps , Online Coaching and of course some pretty impressive fundraising efforts with the amazing Team Stritch in 2017 .
Yet it hasn't been easy as she has had to contend with some terrible tragedy on the way unfortunately.
In today's episode i got a chance to chat to her about that journey and how it has influenced her outlook on life.

From her salt of the earth roots in Connemara right through to her current role with the GAA as the ONLY Diversity & Inclusion Officer in a Governing body in the world she has been a positive influence everywhere she has gone.
